Philosophy:
I am a firm believer in the basics. Training with the basic knowledge of resistance training and nutrition, while applying intensity, can open up all new avenues of fitness potential. My experiences with bodybuilding, group fitness, and sports training have allowed me to test this philosophy thoroughly as well as allow me to adopt it as my own.
Random Facts:
Currently a yellow belt in Taekwondo at World Championship Taekwondo in Solon, Ohio. Instructed by Master Ki Moon Kwon (8th Dan, World Champion).
I am currently a member of the SCA (Society for Creative Anachronism), squired to Sir Dilan, and Baronial Champion in 2006.
I am also an online gaming nut. I've played Ultima Online for an embarassing number of years and will probably continue to do so until it goes out of business.
